On the 2-nd of June, 2010, the Festival will be opened by the State Symphony orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan directed by the patriarch of the home conductor school, National artist of the Russian Federation Fuat Mansurov.
On the 4-th of June, 2010, the oldest orchestra in the world (founded in 1826), the Presidential Symphony orchestra of Turkey is performing. Cem Mansur, the Chief conductor of Oxford Symphony orchestra, is conducting.
On the 5-th of June, 2010, China National Symphony orchestra is performing. Michel Plasson, the laureate of numerous awards, the heir of the old French school of conducting, is at conductor’s stand.
On the 8-th of June, 2010, the concert of Seoul Symphony orchestra (South Korea) directed by an outstanding conductor of modern times Mung Wun Chung, is taking place. The concert is devoted to the 20-th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the South Korea and Russia.
On the 9-th of June, 2010, Russia shall be presented at the Festival by the State Symphony orchestra with the conductor Alexandr Sladkovsky. The Orchestra is performing the program devoted to the jubilee of SSO and the 65-th birthday of Alexei Rybnikov.
On the 11-th of June, 2010, the final concert of the Festival is taking place. One of the youngest national symphony orchestras in the world – the Symphony orchestra of India directed by the Chief conductor and Art leader of the State Academic Symphony orchestra of the Republic of Belarus, Alexandr Anisimov, is performing.
